Some functions in Caredove, such as adding external referrers or adding users from your organization, can only be performed by the Organization Administrator. If you require your Organization Administrator to perform an action in which you don't have permission, you can easily contact them.
To identify your Organization Administrator and retrieve their contact information, navigate to Home in the top menu, and select the Permissions and Security tab.
On the left you will be able to view the name of your Organization Administrator.
If you would like to see your Organization Administrator's contact information, hover over their name. Their phone number and email address will be displayed.
