Everybody likes a holiday! Luckily, Caredove makes it easy to specify holidays within your calendar.
Additionally, Caredove allows users to manage holiday restrictions effectively, ensuring that scheduling needs are met even during holidays.
Navigate to your Calendar in the top menu and select the Holidays/Breaks tab.
Indicate who the holiday will apply to at the top.
Scroll to the "Statutory Holidays" field. Select the date and provide a holiday name.
Select the Add Statutory Holiday button to save the holiday.
A box will appear that confirms the added holiday. Select Ok.
Working on a Statutory Holiday
If you are working on a statutory holiday and need to override the automatic holiday restrictions, you can manually manage your availability by adjusting your calendar settings. By default, statutory holidays are marked as “away,” but you can change this to “available” when needed so that you can still be booked on those dates.
Manage your Statutory Holiday Availability
Navigate to the Calendar > Holidays & Breaks tab.
Select your name from the dropdown menu.
Locate the specific statutory holiday you are working.
Change your status for that date from Away to Available.
