You can configure Caredove to send you an email each morning with the full calendar of all future appointments. This is useful as a reminder each morning, and as a failsafe in the case of challenges connecting to Caredove. It is recommended that all calendars have at least one person receiving a full calendar each day via email.
Start by navigating to Settings in the top menu, then select the Calendar Settings in the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the "Appointment Notifications" heading. Here, you’ll find the option to e-mail daily calendars to providers.
Ensure that the "Backup Calendar Emails" checkbox has been selected. Decide whether you want the organization’s 30-day calendar to be emailed to all administrators or a specific user.
Select the Send a Calendar Now button if you would like to send a test email.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save when you are finished.
Pro Tip: Filter these messages into specific folders so that they don’t clutter up your inbox, but are available when needed.
Note: be sure to add Caredove to your safe senders list.
