All new users of Caredove start by receiving an email invite. Below are some common issues that can prevent someone from receiving their invite.
There is a typo in the email address. One letter or character difference can prevent the email invite from being received. Ensure that the email address is correct, by updating the invitation.
The email did not enter the recipient's inbox. Ask the recipient to check their Junk and Spam folders.
The email may have been bounced. Learn more about bounces and how to remove them here.
