Caredove provides email notifications for various actions, such as appointment bookings and referral submissions.
To manage your email notification preferences go to the Home section in the top menu, and select the Email Notifications tab.
For "Email to Referrers" select the scenarios for which you wish to receive notifications by checking the corresponding boxes.
For "Email to Providers" choose the scenarios you want to receive notifications for by checking the relevant boxes.
If you are a Referral Delegate, you will automatically receive email notifications for all non-booked referrals. You cannot disable these email notifications.
