Sometimes things get missed, emails get misplaced and mistakes can happen. Caredove always suggests that you configure your Appointment Notifications. 

To start, navigate to Settings and select the relevant Calendar. Scroll past Calendar Settings, Appointment Locations and Email & Handout settings. 

Personal Notifications - Emails sent to you from Caredove, including Booked referrals, or Outcomes. 

Backup Calendar Emails -  Select whom should receive a 30-day calendar every morning. 

CC Calendar Notification Emails - Send a copy of all calendar notification emails (such as booked referrals), to a specified email address.
