If your organization wishes to send clients a survey link via email following an appointment, this feature will be useful for you!

What is it?

It's an email that sends to clients with customizable verbiage explaining why they're receiving the email and a link to the survey you've created. See an example of the general email below

How do you enable it?

  1. Contact a member of the Caredove team via the chat box or email.

  2. You will need a pre-existing survey link you wish to include.

  3. Determine which triggers you want this to send based on. Most of these are based on the sub-status classifications which we recommend using as the trigger. Often this matches the flow most accurately.
