Follow Up Email Overview
Create an email that is sent to registrants with customizable text explaining why they're receiving the email and a link to a pre-approved survey. Here's an example of the general email:
How do we enable Follow-Up emails?
Contact a member of the Caredove team using the chat box.
Ensure you have a pre-approved survey link ready.
Specify which triggers should prompt the email, typically based on sub-status classifications for accuracy.
