Update User Invitations

Administrators can learn how to update or edit details to an invitation they previously sent.

  1. Navigate to Permissions within your organization.

  2. Scroll to the user's name whose invitation needs revising.

  3. Hover over the More Options (3-dot menu) and select View Full Account.

  4. Select Edit Profile and navigate to the information you need to alter.

Note: If you are editing or changing the email address, enter the corrected email address in the New Email field and select Send Invitation Email.
