Caredove provides email notifications for various actions, such as appointment bookings and referral submissions. These notifications also extend to scenarios involving client invites and referral assignments, ensuring seamless communication during the referral process.

To manage your email notification preferences go to the Home section in the top menu, and select the Email Notifications tab. Here you can control which notifications you receive, such as those for referrals you've submitted or referral assignments.

  1. For "Email to Referrers" select the scenarios for which you wish to receive notifications by checking the corresponding boxes.

  2. For "Email to Providers" choose the scenarios you want to receive notifications for by checking the relevant boxes. For example, you may enable notifications for when you've been booked or disable them for referrals assigned to yourself. Note: most folks opt to disable the Daily Calendar email unless they're not checking Caredove on a regular basis.

Additionally, notifications will not be sent when you assign a referral to yourself or if you're actioning/adjusting a referral that's already assigned to yourself, as this scenario is treated as unnecessary to inform the initiator.

If you are a Referral Delegate, you will automatically receive email notifications for all non-booked referrals. You cannot disable these email notifications.
