All new users of Caredove start by receiving an email invite. Below are some common issues that can prevent someone from receiving their invite.
- There is a typo in the email address. One letter or character difference can prevent the email invite from being received. Ensure that the email address is correct, by updating the invitation.
- The email did not enter the recipient's inbox. Ask the recipient to check their Junk and Spam folders.
- The email may have been bounced. Learn more about bounces and how to remove them here.
