Finding a service near a client's home doesn’t have to be difficult.
To start, choose a featured search site from your Caredove Home tab in the Top Menu. Search Sites will appear on your Dashboard as square icons. Select one to get started.

🔍 Search
Select the category of service you want to search for (e.g. Friendly Visiting).
Enter the client's address and Caredove will search for services eligible and close to the address you’ve provided (marked on the map with a Home icon). As services are identified, they’ll be marked on the map and listed on the left-hand side.
Note: Area-based services – often the ones that visit people in their homes – are represented by a shaded region on the map with a bold outline. This is the region that the service covers.
💡 Tip: When you select More Info, a new window will offer extra details and provide links with more information.
📆 Book
Clicking Book or Refer Now will allow you to quickly book a referral for the selected service. You can also book from the More Info page, under the Send a Referral section.
✅ Connect
Fill in the Form and select Finish. The provider will instantly receive an email notification of the referral and be able to connect with the registrant.
