Try a Hard Refresh (Quick First Step)

Before clearing your cache and cookies, try a hard refresh. This forces your browser to reload the page and pull the most up-to-date version, which can often resolve display or loading issues without clearing stored data.

How to do a hard refresh:

On Windows / PC

  • Chrome, Firefox, or Edge: Hold Ctrl and press F5

  • Or hold Ctrl and click the Reload button

On Mac

  • Chrome or Firefox: Press Cmd + Shift + R
or hold Shift and click the Reload button

  • Safari: Hold Shift and click the Reload button

If the issue continues after a hard refresh, follow the steps below to clear your cache and cookies.
