Ensure staff never put new clients into voicemail.

Your program staff receive referrals in Caredove and help start clients with the relevant service.  These staff may also need to connect clients with other programs offered internally by your organization. If they are passing these clients into another staff's voicemail, then it's time to consider booking in Caredove.  This streamlines referrals by removing phone tag, and dramatically improves admission rates. 

Book an Appointment 

  1. Navigate to Referrals.

  2. Select the blue Action button, and Add Internal Referral from the drop down. 

  3. Select the appropriate Calendar and Service for which you are looking for. 

  4. Choose an appointment time slot that works for the registrant and complete the eReferral form. 

Configure Staff Account

Invite the staff member and determine their appropriate permissions.
We recommend Network Referrer permissions. 

Note: Is the client's address outside of your organization's service area? Select the Network Search Site to search across all organizations. 

Pro-tip: Are you wanting to refer the client to other programs? Use Refer Again.
