If you see an error page in Caredove, it usually means the page you're trying to reach doesn't exist or you don't have the right permissions to view it.
Common Reasons
The page doesn't exist. The link you followed may be outdated, or the page may have been removed. Double-check the URL for typos.
You don't have access. Your current role may not include permission to view this page. If you think you should have access, contact your Organization Administrator.
Your session has expired. If you've been inactive for a while, Caredove may have signed you out. Try signing back in.
Steps to Resolve
Refresh your browser using the refresh button (or Ctrl+R on Windows, Cmd+R on Mac).
Sign out of Caredove and sign back in.
If the issue continues, try opening Caredove in a private or incognito browser window to rule out browser-related causes.
Checking for Errors (Optional)
If the Caredove team asks you to check for error messages, you can use your browser's developer console:
In Chrome: press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows, Cmd+Option+J on Mac), then select the Console tab.
In Firefox: press F12, then select the Console tab.
In Edge: press F12, then select the Console tab.
In Safari: go to Safari > Settings > Advanced and enable "Show features for web developers", then press Cmd+Option+C.
Look for any red error messages and share a screenshot with the Caredove support team.
