Configure the Referral Settings

Referrals can have their own specific set of settings and rules, available to the Organization Administrator only.

Navigate to Settings in the top menu and select Referrals.

To set up incoming referrals, ensure this is checked: 

To enable Caredove users to refer to your services:

If non-booked referrals are enabled for your organization, it is important that someone is notified of the referral. Set up your non-booked notifications.

To configure automatic (default) settings for your newly added listings, adjust that by enabling or disabling the below options

The service table is an overview of your listings and all their relevant settings: Referrals (Non-Booked), Booking and Sign Ups
