Configure Default Referral Settings for new services

Set-up the default settings for any new added services.

Caredove allows Organization Administrators to control the default booking settings for their organization's services.

Navigate to Settings in the top menu, and select Referrals in the drop-down menu.

Scroll to Referral Service Defaults, here you can indicate the default settings for any new added services or listings. 

Booking Enabled, if your organization's users add appointments in their calendar, other Caredove users can book patients into those time slots.

Sign-Ups Enabled, if your organization's users add appointments in their calendar, the Public will be able to sign up for your services.

Non-Booked Enabled, if your organization's users do not add appointments in their calendar, individuals can submit referrals to your organization, but they won't be linked to a specific date/time.

Your changes will automatically save in Caredove.
