Integration Account
This field identifies the name of the integration system or partner that submitted the referral to Caredove.
Send Method
Indicates how the referral was submitted. In addition to the existing "Online Submission" and other existing methods (see more details in the "Sent Method" section available here), the following values are shown:
Web launch integration with SSO: External integration partner launching the Caredove form through the API using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Web launch integration without SSO: External integration partner launching the Caredove form through the API without using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Direct integration without SSO: External partner submitting referrals system-to-system via the Caredove API without launching the Caredove form.
NOTE: The Single Sign-On (SSO) feature in Caredove lets you receive notifications and updates for referrals submitted through select external integrations directly in your Caredove account. To learn about availability for specific integrations and enable SSO for your account (if supported), please contact the Caredove support team for assistance.

In Caredove, referrals submitted through an external integration display an external integration icon and, in some cases, a warning icon in both the Inbox and Referral Details views, as described below:
The External integration icon shows when a referral was submitted through an external integration.
The Warning icon indicates when the requester is not a Caredove user account. This includes cases where:
The requester information is provided by an external system, OR
A user selects Somebody else instead of Me while completing the form.

For the Inbound Referral Raw Data and Outbound Referral Raw Data reports available to your organization in Caredove, the following columns provide additional information about referrals submitted through an external integration:
Column Title | Explanation |
Sent Method | The method in which the referral is sent. Options include: "Online Submission", "Direct integration without SSO", "Web launch integration with SSO", "Web launch integration without SSO", and "Other". |
Integration Account | Indicates the name of the integration used to submit the referral, if applicable. |
Requester Name | For referrals submitted via an external integration without Single Sign-On ("Direct" or "Web launch"), the requester name comes from the external integration partner. |
Requester Organization | For referrals submitted via an external integration without Single Sign-On ("Direct" or "Web launch"), the requester organization comes from the external integration partner. |
Requester Job Title | For referrals submitted via an external integration without Single Sign-On ("Direct" or "Web launch"), the requester job title comes from the external integration partner. |
NOTE: For the Sender Name, Sender Organization, and Sender Job Title fields, the information will be blank when a referral is submitted through an external integration without Single Sign-On (“Direct” or “Web launch”).
