Did you receive the wrong referral? Are you managing non-booked referrals? Both Booked & Non-booked Referrals can be assigned a provider after the referral is sent.
Navigate to Referrals in the top menu.
Using the 3-dot menu, select Assign a Provider.
Select the correct provider from the provider list.
