Curate your service listings
Ensure your service listings are curated with the public in mind. Include your program eligibility, cost and service description so they can determine if the service is a good fit before requesting care.

Identify your Service ID
Identify your service listing ID number. This is usually a 4 or 5-digit number that is unique to your service listing. To find your service ID, open your service listing and find the number within your browser URL bar.
Generate service request links
Generate your public facing service request URL. Replace the ##### with your service ID number in the following URL:
https://search.caredove.com/org/service/#####
it should function like this: https://search.caredove.com/org/service/31643This URL can then be linked to a button on your public facing website. We recommend that the button opens as a redirect, as that's the best user experience for those using mobile devices.
If you don't want to show Caredove's service description page and want to skip straight to the request process, simply add /request at the end of the URL, so it appears like this: https://search.caredove.com/org/service/31643/request
This is a good option if your website has already done the heavy lifting of describing the service and its eligibility.
