Caredove has the ability to send you email notifications for many scenarios (e.g. when you are booked for an appointment, submit a referral etc.).
To change the email notifications that you receive from Caredove, navigate to Home in the top menu, and select the Email Notifications tab.
- Under "Email to Referrers" check the boxes of the scenarios where you want to receive email notifications.
- Under "Email to Providers" check the boxes of the scenarios where you want to receive email notifications.
Note: If you are a Referral Delegate, you will receive email notifications for all non-booked referrals. You cannot disable these email notifications.
