Ideally, all referrals include an appointment booking, but sometimes this may not be possible and you want to accommodate allowing a non-booked referral. You can turn on non-booked referrals for specific services.
To enable non-booked referrals for specific services:
- Navigate to Settings and select Referrals from the drop down.
- Scroll to the service table found at the bottom, find your desired services, and click the pen icon to edit the service.
- Select Yes under the Referrals (Non-Booked) Enabled column.
Note: If you do not have a Caredove Calendar, all your referrals will be Non-Booked. Contact Caredove to enable one.
