Anytime you are signed in to Caredove, or in the Help Centre, you can contact the Caredove team member by selecting the chat box and starting a new conversation.

Caredove team members typically reply within 5 minutes, but are only available during business hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. If we are offline send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
