Ideally, all referrals are booked by the referring person, but sometimes the available intake times do not work for the client being referred. In those cases, you may want to accommodate the client by allowing a non-booked referral. 

To enable non-booked referrals:

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Referrals from the drop down. 
  2. Scroll to the Service Table found at the bottom, and use the pen icon to edit. 
  3. Select Yes under the Referrals (Non-Booked) Enabled column.

Note: If you do not have a Caredove Calendar, all your referrals will be Non-Booked. Contact Caredove to enable one.
