Caredove has a new feature that enables you to cancel your own self-booked appointment. This saves you the hassle of calling the agency directly.
Start by navigating to your appointment email in your inbox.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email and select the Cancel Appointment button.
- Select Cancel Appointment from the Appointment Summary page.
- Confirm that you would like to cancel the appointment by selecting the radiobox beside "Yes."
- Indicate the reason for the cancellation in the text box.
- Check the box beside "I'm not a robot" and complete the required task.
- Select the Submit button to finish cancelling the appointment.
Note: You and your service provider will receive an email regarding the canceled appointment.
