Configure Caredove to receive referrals in just a few simple steps.
To start, Add or Edit Listings for accuracy and clarity.
Next, you need to set up the Referral Settings, and determine how you want to receive referrals:
- Public Sign-Ups - The public can register for your programs
- Booked Referrals - Booked referrals via your Caredove Calendar
- Non-Booked Referrals - Referrals not connected to an appointment timeslot
Now, Invite Intake Staff. This is the staff who will provide the intake appointments for your programs. We recommend assigning this user the Calendar Provider role.
Lastly, Add Available Appointment Timeslots. An Organization Administrator or the individual user can set up their own intake appointments.
