Accessing Caredove outside of Canada

Caredove is set up to work only in the countries where services are provided, to reduce privacy and security risks to the platform.

If you receive a '403 (forbidden)' response when you are out of the country, we suggest that you use a VPN in order to get access to Caredove. There are many different options to choose from, and it would be best to reach out to your IT department for more details on how to proceed with that.

Once you have a VPN and are working on a secure network, you will be able to log in to Caredove as usual.
