How to clear your browsing data by internet browser.

In Chrome

  1. In Chrome, at the top right, click Customize and Control Google Chrome (three dots icon). 

  2. Hover over More Tools and click Clear Browsing Data....

  3. Choose a time range or to delete everything, select All time. 

  4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files"  

  5. Click the Clear data button.

In Firefox

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

  3. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear in a pop over.

  4. Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.

  5. Click Clear.

In Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.

  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose What to Clear.

  3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.

In Safari for Mac

  1. Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...

  2. In the Clear field choose All History

  3. Click Clear History.

In Safari for PC

  1. Click on the Settings (Gear) icon in the upper right corner of the browser..

  2. Click Reset Safari

  3. Select the items you wish to clear. (It is recommended to check all items).

  4. Click Reset.
