If you receive a referral and notice that there is incorrect patient information (e.g. address, phone, email etc.) you can easily update the information in a few steps.

Navigate to Referrals in the top menu, then select the Inbox tab.

  1. Select the referral that needs to be edited. 
  2. Select Edit from the Referral Information page.
  3. Make the necessary changes then select Save at the bottom. 

Note: Only the provider can edit the referral information once it is sent. If the referral sender notices that an edit should be made, they can send a message to the provider.
