Caredove has a new feature that enables you to cancel your own self-booked appointment. This saves you the hassle of calling the agency directly.

Start by navigating to your appointment email in your inbox. 

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the email and select the Cancel Appointment button.
  2. Select Cancel Appointment from the Appointment Summary page.
  3. Confirm that you would like to cancel the appointment by selecting the radiobox beside "Yes."
  4. Indicate the reason for the cancellation in the text box.
  5. Check the box beside "I'm not a robot" and complete the required task. 
  6. Select the Submit button to finish cancelling the appointment. 

Note: You and your service provider will receive an email regarding the canceled appointment.
