Enable Outcome Alerts

Allow notifications to prompt you to set appointment outcomes.

In Caredove, you can set outcomes for past appointments. Some of the possible outcomes for appointments include admitted, no show or wait listed. You can alter the settings within Caredove to allow you to receive a notification if you haven't set an outcome for a past appointment.

Start by navigating to Settings in the top menu, then select Calendar.
Within Calendar Settings, select the radio box beside "Missing Outcome Alerts".  This will enable alerts on the appointment page when the outcome has not been set for past appointments.
