Streamlining your intake process doesn't have to be on an individual level. Why not streamline your group events, classes, workshops or tours using Group Appointments? Read on to learn how to set it up for your organization.
To start, navigate to Calendar and select New Entry. Next, select Group for the Event Type. Group Options will now appear as a section on the form, you can indicate Group Size and Enable Waitlist.
To book this appointment internally or by reception, navigate to Calendar and select the appointment time. Simply add the registrant's name and email and select save.
Tip: To view the list of Registrants, use the print icon found in the bottom right of the appointment. Or, select the email icon to send a message (outlined in blue below).
