If you receive a referral and notice that there is incorrect patient information (e.g. address, phone, email etc.) you can easily update the information in a few steps.
Navigate to Referrals in the top menu, then select the Inbox tab.
- Select the referral that needs to be edited.
- Select Edit from the Referral Information page.
- Make the necessary changes then select Save at the bottom.
Note: Only the provider can edit the referral information once it is sent. If the referral sender notices that an edit should be made, they can send a message to the provider.
