Caredove has the ability to send you email notifications for many scenarios (e.g. when you are booked for an appointment, submit a referral etc.). 

To change the email notifications that you receive from Caredove, navigate to Home in the top menu, and select the Email Notifications tab. 

  1. Under "Email to Referrers" check the boxes of the scenarios where you want to receive email notifications. 
  2. Under "Email to Providers" check the boxes of the scenarios where you want to receive email notifications. 

Note: If you are a Referral Delegate, you will receive email notifications for all non-booked referrals. You cannot disable these email notifications.
