If you recently changed your email address, then you can configure your account settings to update your new information. This will enable Caredove to redirect emails to your new account. 

Navigate to Home in the top menu, then select the Dashboard tab. 

  1. Select Edit Profile on the left then select change beside your existing email address. 
  2. A box will appear that prompts you to type in your new email. Enter your updated email address here. 
  3. Select the Send Verification button at the bottom. 
  4. An email will be sent to your new address. Select the link in the email to verify the change. 
  5. You will be taken to a page which confirms that your address has been successfully validated. Select Continue to return to your Caredove home page. 

Note: Be sure to add Caredove to your safe senders list.
