I received a referral outside of my coverage area

Scenario: A referral was made for an address that is outside of the designated coverage area

  1. Check the listing's map to ensure it matches service area.

  2.  Check the appointment area settings.

  3. Check the recurring appointments to ensure the correct service area is assigned to the correct provider.

  4. Enable a Calendar Delegate, and assign the correct provider.

  5. Contact the referrer (if possible) and ensure they are inputting the full address (street number, name and city) into the search bar so that only the relevant appointments are appearing.
